Fabulous original mid century oil painting by popular and listed Swedish artist Bengt Hillgrund (1935-1981) dated 1952. I'm in love with this one and it was awhile ago I had a Bengt Hillgrund to offer you! Beautiful color in this wonderful mid century still life painting. Expressive brushwork and harmonious colors. Beautiful use of color and composition. The colors really play off of each other creating a wonderful glow. This painting is stunning in person.  Bengt Hillgrund is represented in various museum collections in Sweden. Studied in Sweden and Copenhagen. Very striking in person!
