Refund policy

I am selling vintage art which has been around for many. years. Each piece has a unique history and story behind it, and may have imperfections, flaws, or signs of wear.  I carefully inspect each piece for its condition and leave comments in my descriptions. Please look at all of the photographs and read the descriptions carefully. I do my best to accurately and honestly describe each piece. Please keep in mind that while I try to accurately represent the true colors of a painting, colors may vary from monitor to monitor. As a Swedish online store, we follow the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

If something is wrong with the painting when it arrives and it doesn’t correspond to the description, you can return the painting for a full refund. All we ask is that you contact us first, and that you do so within two weeks of receiving it.

If you don’t like the painting and wish to return it, it must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when originally shipped within fourteen days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any import duties or fees when returning an item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please contact me about any returns before shipping.
There will be a 35USD restocking fee deducted from the purchase price for each returned paintings or cancelled orders. If orders placed on hold are cancelled after 14 days there will be an additional restocking fee of 100USD per artwork. Please consider each piece carefully before purchasing.

If your artwork arrives damaged please contact me with a description and photos of the packaging and damage to the artwork immediately. All issues must be taken up within three days of receiving your item.
