Terms of service

All artwork includes the original frame as shown unless noted and sold "as is". Most of these paintings have been around 50+ years and some will show their age more than others. The price of the artwork you are buying is solely the picture itself and the frames are included as an extra at no extra charge. We do our best to pack all orders carefully but can not be held responsible for damage occurred to frames during shipping.

All of the art sold on Vintage Art Room has a unique history and story behind it, and may have imperfections, flaws, or signs of wear. Please read each description and inspect photos carefully before purchasing. If you'd like more photos or a video please don't hesitate to contact me!

To keep prices low I only clean up the paintings by giving them a dusting. I recommend that you change the wire on the back of the painting before hanging as sometimes the wire can become weak with age.

As a company, we are not responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes or VAT your country may require you to pay. It is your responsibility to check your import authorities terms & conditions for these costs. We are also not allowed, by law, to manipulate invoices or change the total amount for you.

Vintage Art Room is not responsible for failed delivery due to negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information provided, such as order address/contact number/recipient name.
