Vintage Mid Century Landscape Oil Painting From Sweden by L Herder

Stunning mid century vintage oil by listed Swedish artist Lars Herder titled "The Balcony". Great movement and color with a very interesting composition in tones of green with a touch of warmer color that creates a nice contrast and luminosity. Thick heavy paint application. Paint is applied in a confident manner with no hesitation. Super fab in person and I'm tempted to keep this one myself! 

Artist: Lars Herder (1923-1976). Herder is represented in the collections of  Moderna Museet, Stockholm and Trelleborg Museum.
