Amazingly beautiful interior oil painting by listed artist, Osvald Schalin, Sweden dated 1952. Strong saturated colors and confident, expressive paint application make up this charming painting of a view from a kitchen looking into a living room. Excellent use of line and color. The artist absolutely succeeded in making this charming mid century interior very atmospheric. Gorgeous in person!   My photography does not do this painting justice! Stunning in person.
