Stunning Mid Century Original Oil Painting by Tage Nilsson (1926-1997) Sweden titled "Street Scene Cadaque". Nilsson studied with Isaac Grunewald, Stockholm and in Paris with André L'Hote and Othon Friesz and was awarded the Stockholm Culture Stipendium for his art in 1961.  Excellent brushwork and superb color usage make up this atmospheric cityscape in softer tones. Excellent composition that zig-zags across and back into the canvas creating nice depth. This painting is striking in person.
