Vintage mid century oil  painting by listed artist Gösta Nydahl from Sweden titled "The Subtropics- Against the Wall". Wonderful use of color and line in this striking oil of foliage against a facade. A harmonious color palette and confident, expressive brushwork convey a lovely atmosphere. Lovely in person! 

Artist: Gösta Nydahl (1925-2008) Studied with Otte Sköld, Stockholm. Represented in museum and public collections in Sweden.
