Vintage Art Room Still Life Oil Painting by listed artist Ana Wilhelson-Lagerman dated 1949 from Sweden. A striking still life featuring a maritime theme. A coiled rope hangs prominently in the center and is surrounded by various objects including a conch shell. Artist: Ana Wilhelson- Lagerman, listed artist from Sweden (1907-1988) Daughter of renowned artist and art educator Carl Wilhelmson. Ana studied painting with her father and later during study trips throughout Europe including Paris. Represented Pins Eugens Waldemarsudde, National Museum Stockholm, Bohusläns Museum and Museum of Art Gothenburg.
