Vintage Interior Oil Painting signed A Låftman dated 1935. Super charming oil painting of a traditional interior in harmonious tones rendered in a realistic manner. Expertly composed with beautiful confident brushwork and atmosphere. I love all of the detail from the fringed curtains to the cello resting next to the window. This painting has presence and is gorgeous in person! My photography does not do this painting justice. The light was reflecting off of the darker values in the painting making the cooler appear washed out. I can assure this is not the case and it is very striking in person!
