Original mid century oil painting by listed artist, Sigrid Bengtsson from Sweden dated 1953 titled "Beach". Exceptional and skilfully rendered oil painting in a lovely naive style of beachgoers on a summer's day. Excellent color harmony and composition with thicker impasto paint in some areas. Superb use of light and value. This painting is very atmospheric and has a beautiful inner glow. A very charming and timeless painting.
