Atmospheric and vibrant oil of a rushing stream set against a striking backdrop of fall foliage rendered with expressive brushwork. Pleasing color harmony and composition with very vibrant use of warms and cools that gives this painting a beautiful luminescent quality. Lovely in person-this is a painting from my own collection! You can't help but fall for the charm of this impressive painting- my photography does not do this painting the justice that it deserves.
