Striking  framed mid century oil painting by, listed artist, Helge Cardell (1902-1972) Sweden.  Cardell studied at Skånska Målarskolan plus during trips to the Netherlands, England, Germany and France. Represented in several museum collections in Sweden. Beautiful expressive brushwork and beautiful color harmony in this charming coastal painting of two figures by a monument.
