Super fab mid century still life oil painting by Yngve Nilsson, listed artist, from  Sweden. Expressive brushwork in thick bold color make up this wonderful mid century still life that verges on abstract of sunflowers in a vase. This painting is stunning in person- my photography does not capture the beautiful coloring in this piece. I love this painting!! 

Artist: Yngve Nilsson (1912-1993) Artist and poet. There is a small museum dedicated to the artist's work here in Sweden.
