Large striking original portrait in oil by listed artist Albert Larsen from c 1940. Lovely example of classical portraiture. The artist has expertly and successfully captured the wistful expression the the young girl sitting peacefully with a book on her lap. Seldom do I find such expertly painted portraits as this one.
