Very charming and colorful vintage oil painting of boats and figures in a harbor by Ejnar Nettlebladt (1904-1965) dated 1949.  Clear bright colors and excellent paint handling. Great use of color. I really like the use of color and values in this painting. It's stunning in person. Oil on panel. Signed and dated lower right. Frame shows wear.
