Vintage mid century oil painting from Sweden by listed artist Lars Herder (1923-1976). Herder is represented in the collections of  Moderna Museet, Stockholm and Trelleborg Museum. Well painted coastal scene  with expressive brushstrokes and a beautiful color palette. This painting is just lovely in person. Skillfully rendered. Excellent color harmony and composition in this impressionistic style oil. I've been holding on to this painting but have decided to sell it...will probably regret my decision! Beautiful in person!
