Colorful oil painting of fishing boats boats in a harbor signed PLB from Sweden. Excellent use of color and composition and I love the way the artist handled the paint and color. Some areas of thicker expressive impasto. No hesitation in the paint application. Lovely in person. Free International Delivery with DHL included in price.
