Vintage large original mid century farmhouse oil painting by listed artist Ewald Petersen. A traditional whitewashed rural stable in early Spring surrounded by bare trees rendered in a lovely, muted color palette. Expressive brushwork and the subdued palette lends the scene a quiet and subdued atmospheric quality. Beautiful in person!!
