Striking original vintage oil painting by popular and listed Swedish artist Folke Hermelin. Beautiful color, a great composition and use of light and shadow in this lovely oil of a summer landscape. Confident brushstrokes and excellently rendered with a very nice luminosity. There are some smaller areas of paint loss that do not affect the integrity of this lovely landscape.
