Striking  framed mid century oil painting by, listed artist, Helge Cardell (1902-1972) Sweden dated 1963.  Cardell studied at Skånska Målarskolan plus during trips to the Netherlands, England, Germany and France. Represented in several museum collections in Sweden.  Beautiful expressive brushwork and color harmony in this striking oil of a charming European village.
