Original mid century oil painting from Sweden dated 1959. This gorgeous canal scene is painted in beautiful softer pastel colors in thicker impasto paint. Excellent composition gives the viewer an intimate glimpse into the back canals of Venice. Very atmospheric with great depth. Oil on panel. Signed lower right. Original frame shows wear.
