Vintage Mid Century Art Oil Painting From Sweden EH Jacobsson

Excellent and charming oil painting by Swedish listed artist Eva Holmberg Jacobsson (1910-2003) tilted "On the Balcony".  Beautifully painted with an eye for detail with out being too sweet this painting just oozes charm and character. Eva Holmberg Jacobsson studied with Otte Sköld who trained many well known Swedish artists and in Paris. She started her career as a fashion illustrator in Paris for some of the big fashion houses. She is represented in Malmö Museum, museums in Helsingborg, Trelleborg and Landskrona, and Artcurial, Paris and in Cairo.  I love the parrot in the birdcage. Beautiful in person!
