Striking mid century oil painting by listed artist Evert Fährm. Maybe this is a little unusual subject matter but I fell for this painting the moment I laid eyes on it. Excellently rendered oil painting of a farmer in a pig sty with excellent color harmony, composition and use of light. So striking in person. 

Artist: Evert Fährm (1901-1971)  Fährm is represented in the National Museum, Stockholm and other museum collections in Sweden.
