Wonderful summer landscape from Sweden dated 1949 by listed artist, Elvin Larsson. Lovely use of color, composition and expressive confident paint handling in this striking summer painting. Stunning in person- my photography does not do this piece justice! 

Artist: Elvin Larsson (1913-1995) Studied in Paris with Marcel Gromaire 1939 and separately with self directed painting trips in Norway and Finland.
