Vintage mid century oil painting by Swedish listed artist Ingvar Wiede (1921-1987) dated 1970 on the reverse and titled "Towards the Sea". Beautifully painted in a stunning bright color palette which creates a very nice harmony. Excellent brushwork and vitality in this painting of a rocky shore with the sea in the background. Oil on linen applied to panel.  Signed lower right.
