Mid Century Still Life by Bent Delefors from Sweden. Fantastic still life by Bengt Delefors (1917-1996). Delefors trained in Stockholm and with Andre Lhote in Paris 1949-1953 and at Académie de la Grand Chaumière in Paris 1950. Represented in many museum collections in Sweden including the Modern Art Museum, Stockholm. I love the composition and color usage in this still life. Oil on linen. Signed lower right. In original frame that shows wear.
