Larger gorgeous Mid Century oil painting signed G Turen, '50. Gorgeous expressive citycape in thicker impasto of a busy summertime Southern European market square with mountains in the distance. Luminous and softer pastel color with excellent paint handling in this original oil painting by one of my favourite artists. Shows nice depth which leads the eye back into the charming scene. Another beautiful painting that I will probably regret selling. Very striking in person. International Delivery with DHL Included

Artist: Greta Turén (1901-1979) born Malmö, Sweden studied art at the Skånska målarskolan, Copenhagen and in Dresden, Germany with Otte Sköld. Represented in several Swedish museum collections.
