Superb brush work and color usage depicting village houses silhouetted against an summer evening's sky with boat masts in the background.  A very striking painting in lovely thick impasto with touches of warm colors that compliment the cooler tones. Nice composition and depth that leads the eye around back and forth from the foreground to the  background. Lovely in person!
