Stunning original vintage oil painting by popular and listed Swedish artist Bengt Hillgrund (1935-1981) dated 1961. Stunning coastal scene of fisherman nets drying and a trolley in the foreground rendered in harmonious color. Excellent composition with confident brushwork and use of line that leads the viewer's eye around the canvas in a skilful manner. So stunning in person! A classic oil painting.

Artist: Bengt Hillgrund (1935-1981) is represented in various museum collections in Sweden. Studied in Sweden and Copenhagen.
