Antique original oil painting by Gustaf Rahmberg from Sweden. Dated 1910 this classic oil has a beautiful color harmony and is rendered with confident,  flowing brushstrokes that lead the eye back and forth and into the the scene. Great depth and atmosphere. Lovely in person!!

Artist: Gustaf Rahmberg (Ramberg) (1865-1916) Studied in Paris at Académie Carmen. Represented at Helsingborg Museum, Tomelilla Museum and Kulturen, Lund. Interesting fact- Rahmberg worked 5 years as a cowboy in USA before returning to Europe to study art.
